He is preceded in death by his parents, brothers; Gonzales Rodriguez and wife Rosa and Abundio Rodriguez. Sisters: Tomasa Maldonado and husband Pablo, Paula Cisneros and husband Aurelio, Julia Olivarez and husband Silvestre and Alicia Longoria and husband Esteban.
He is survived by his wife, Margarita Rodriguez, children; Ronaldo Rodriguez and wife Adela of Dilley, Odelia Chambers and husband James of San Antonio, Yomeida Torres and husband Frank of Dilley and Rodney Rodriguez and wife Roxanne of Pearsall. He is also survived by his twin brother, Rodolfo Rodriguez and wife Valentina, sister-in-law, Josefa Rodriguez, 12 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 26, 2015 at Trevino Royal Oaks Funeral Chapels- Dilley from 3pm-9pm with a rosary recited at 7pm.
