Michael "Mike" James Brady, 62, of East Berlin, PA, entered God's eternal care, Friday, November 5, 2021, at his home following several years of courageously battling Leukemia.

Born June 29, 1959, in Aiken, SC, he was the son of Vivian A. (Blouse) Brady and the late James H. "Sparky" Brady. Mike was the loving husband of Cindy L. (Sheaffer) Brady with whom he shared twenty-eight years of marriage.

Mike was a 1977 graduate of South Western High School, where he played football and wrestled. He worked as a mason for Biller's Masonry Inc. for 38 years and was a master craftsman, specializing in historical restorations.

Mike was a member of the McSherrystown Home Association, the Hanover Home Association, and the West Manchester Farmers and Sportsman Association.

Mike loved the outdoors. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, crabbing, and gardening, and was an avid sports fan of Penn State Football, The Baltimore Ravens, and the Baltimore Orioles. In his earlier years he enjoyed dirt bike racing and snowmobiling.

In addition to his loving wife, Cindy, and fur babies, Sophie and Raven, Mike is survived by his mother, Vivian A. Brady of Hanover, PA, and his sister, Patricia A. Brady of Fort Loudon, PA. He was preceded in death by his father, James H. Sparky" Brady, and his "adopted" sister, Sandy.

A service to celebrate and remember Mike will be held 11:00 AM, Thursday, November 11, 2021, at the Kenworthy Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 269 Frederick Street, Hanover, PA, with the Rev. Dr. B. Michael Brossman officiating. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family in St. Vincent's Catholic Church Cemetery, Hanover, PA.
