Joyce Ann Pierce was born on October 12, 1942 in Charleston, Illinois to George & Erma Schumacher (Clark). She grew up in Normal, Illinois and went to University High School class of 1961.

She married Andrew Walter Pierce in August of 1961. And they had four children.

Joyce was a homemaker for many years. while her husband was away for the Air Force she raised their children. She loved doing crafts and reading, and babysitting! After many years of moving around due to her husbands Air Force career, they finally retired in Homestead, FL. After Hurricane Andrew in 1992, they moved to Omaha, NE. She loved spending her time with her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed watching the Hallmark channel and Lifetime movies, she was also an avid Criminal Minds reruns watcher.

Joyce was a beloved mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She will forever be in our hearts and will be missed tremendously.
