Passed away quietly at home on 10/28/2021 at the age of 85. He was born in Bemidji, Minnesota to Roy and Ruth Nagel (Snyder) in 1936. Due to Roy's military service and years working as a scientist for the US Forrest Service Charles divided his childhood between Minnesota, Maryland, Colorado and Idaho. After graduating high school in Fort Colins, CO Charles attended the University of Colorado on an academic scholarship. He met Marjorie Burge while in school and they were married in 1958. Charles graduated in 1959 with degrees in electrical engineering and business then moved to Minnesota to take a job with Honeywell where he would work his entire career.
