William Harold Daniels of Samson, Alabama passed away on Friday, November 12, 2021 at Wiregrass Medical Center. He was 81 years old.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, November 15, 2021 in the chapel of Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home in Geneva, Alabama with Rev. Duane Hicks and Rev. Sherry Hicks officiating. Burial will follow in the Liberty Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery with Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home of Geneva directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday beginning at 11:00 a.m.

Harold was born in Geneva on October 7, 1940 to the late Frank and Susie Smith Daniels. He was a loving husband, father, brother, and the world's greatest "Papa". Mr. Daniels was a graduate of the Geneva High School Class of 1960. He loved the Lord with all his heart and served him faithfully. Mr. Daniels was a member of Abundant Life Church in Samson.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Frank, Charles, and Pete Daniels; one daughter, Kasandra Helms.
Mr. Daniels is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 40 years, Selma Daniels of Samson, AL; children, Phil Daniels (Leann), Gregory Daniels (Peggy), Kim Blanton (Chris) Robert Hicks, Cynthia Byrne (Mike), Bryan Hicks (Penny) and Duane Hicks (Sherry); one brother, Robert Daniels (Dru); eighteen grandchildren, Phillip, Conner, Lyle, Seth, A.J., Charlene, Brittney, Brett, Brad, Brandi, Gregory, Corey, Brandon, Amanda, Jayce, Chaz, Aundi, Aiden; 41 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandson.
