Phyllis was a lifelong homemaker who treasured time with her family and friends. She enjoyed many things in life including baking, crafting, quilt-making, puzzles, cards, and birdwatching. She was a passionate reader who always had a book by her side. She loved playing board games with friends and family, and was impossible to beat at a game of Rummikub; don't forget to knock!
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Gilbert Parker, Sr., her siblings, Charlie Johnson, Ruth Scofield and Leonard Johnson.
She is survived by a son and four daughters; grandchildren.
