Daughter of Hugh A. Moore and Mary "Polly" Tucker who married 1819 White County, TN at the home of George Tucker. Charlotta married Henry Goodman in 1838 Monroe County, TN, they lived in Roane Co., TN 1840 & 1850 and moved to Van Buren Co., AR @1855 on a Flat Boat. Mary Tucker Moore, Charlotta's Mother and her two brothers, George W Moore and Hugh R. L. Moore (with their families) also settled in the area of Quitman in Van Buren/Cleburne Co., AR. I do not know where her other brother, William Moore, settled. Charlotta and Henry Goodman divorced in 1884 Van Buren, Co., AR and she died 1887. Her tombstone was destroyed by power mowers as her grave was not fenced in. The graves of her brothers family, George W. Moore, which included her Mother's (Mary Moore) grave was fenced in by a wrought iron fence in the middle 1970's when my sister & I were in Goodloe Cemetery checking the graves. That fence was removed later.
