Nancy DeMotte Sides, 85, of Springdale, died on November 4, 2021.
Nancy was born May 22, 1936, in Clairmont, NH to Audrey Brazil.

Nancy retired from Campbell Soup Co. in Fayetteville, where she also served terms as a Shop Steward. She was continually popular at the plant and the entire staff once voted her for a recognition that led to her attending the Super Bowl. Many in Springdale may also remember Nancy by her decades long work with the Springdale News.

She enjoyed everything about the Razorbacks, collecting dolls, attending Church, writing Christmas letters, and sharing time with her friends and family; especially traveling and cruising with her son. She also loved reading the newspapers, talking with people in her travels, and having a surprise birthday party - including one this year.

She is survived by her two sons and their spouses; Robert and Kim Sides of Marina del Rey CA, Richard and Dani Sides of Springdale; daughter and her spouse, Carrie and James Lowe of McCurtain, OK; three grandchildren, Andrea Barnett and her spouse Scott, Matthew Sides and Courtney Davis; three great grandchildren, Hudson, Harrison and Hadley Barnett; Hanai-Son David Leaverton and his spouse Jody.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Ray Sides and her eldest son, Jon Marc Sides.

Viewing is arranged on Sunday, November 14, 2021 from 2:00 PM to 4:00PM, and services will be held on Monday, November 15, 2021 at 9:30AM at Sisco Funeral Chapel in Springdale. Interment will be at Fayetteville National Cemetery.
