Brenda Lee Brown Ayers, 64, formerly of the Cheesey Creek Road area near Elgood and of the Kellysville area, passed away Friday evening, December 07, 2007, at her home.

Brenda was born in Peterstown on August 20, 1943 to Redas White Brown and the late Bennett Brown.

She was a member of the Emmanuel Baptist Church, Eden, N.C., and is survived by her husband, Jerry, of the home; mother, Redas Brown, of Princeton; daughter, Kim Farris and husband, James Jr. of Eden; two sons, Tim Ayers and wife, Sharon, and Andy Ayers and wife, Mary, all of Martinsville, Va.; two brothers, Freeman Brown and wife, Bonnie of Princeton, and Milton Brown and wife, Sharon, of Covington, Va.; and eight grandchildren. She was also the niece of Randolph White of the Cheesey Creek Road area near Elgood, and the late Margaret Ann White.

Visitation was held on Sunday, December, 09, 2007 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Fair Funeral Home is Eden, N.C. Funeral services were conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, December 10, 2007, at the Emmanuel Baptist Church, Eden, N.C. with burial following at Overlook Cemetery.
