Rafael was born in the Dominican Republic and a citizen of the United States. He married Ruth V. Soto-Green on March 19, 1955. He worked for Bonney Forge in Allentown Pa for many years. He was a devoted husband, loving father, and grandfather.
Rafael is survived by his wife, Ruth, his five children, Maira Soto, Ruthy and husband Dale Conrad, Loida and husband Eugene Palow, Rafael E. Soto, and Raquel Soto, Eight grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren, and many relatives.
