Marjorie was born February 7th , 1921 in Gowrie, Iowa to Joseph and Merle Martin.
A graduate of Tech High School and the University of Nebraska Omaha, Marjorie was a biochemist lab assistant for the University of Nebraska Medical Center.
She raised two daughters, Jeanne and Mary. Affectionately known to her friends as Marg, she was an avid violinist, sewer, and bridge player; she was active in philanthropic organizations up until shortly before her death.
She was known for her love of crossword puzzles and her kind spirit.
