Nancy Helen (Dickinson) Shepardson ~ Allen,

My Minnie Mouse, aged 85, passed away quietly on November 11, 2021. She was the daughter of the late James and Marian (Buell) Dickinson.

Born September 25, 1936, in Providence, RI. She was employed first at the Foxboro Box Company, and later found her greatest joy in helping the young kids of Wheaton College as a secretary for more than 35 years.

She celebrated years of marriage with her first husband Erwin "Skip" Ray Shepardson, Jr. from June 27, 1959 until 1987 when he passed. She then found her Mickey Mouse and enjoyed 22 years, July 28, 1999, with Joseph Lee Allen, Jr. in Mansfield.

She is remembered for her ability to make others laugh and smile by her brother James "Digger" Dickinson and godchildren Steve Gross and Claudia (Gross) Lavoie.

I remember her as the love of my life. Giving me strength to be a better person through her words and actions. Showing me how to look at this wonderful world and to truly see it.

Hugs were her deepest expression of love.

"Today is the Day that the Lord Hath Made. Let Us Rejoice."

She rests with her first husband Skip in Spring Brook Cemetery: Sec. S, Lot 109, Hewitt Circle. A heart shaped stone with both their names inscribed.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Nancy's memory may be made to South Walpole United Methodist Church, 1886 Washington St, South Walpole, MA 02071
