Deborah was blessed with the breath of life on September 25, 1964 in Vernon, Florida to the parentage of the late Woodrow & Lizzie Von (Washington) Green. Being raised in a Christian home, she accepted Christ as her personal savior and was a member of the St. John A.M.E. Church of Vernon, Florida.
She leaves to cherish her memories four sisters: Beverly (Cloudie) Brown of Vernon, Florida, SFC Retired Cynthia Green (Angela Dawson) of Atlanta, Georgia, Michelle (Elvis) Sheffield of San Antonio, Texas, and Jackie Brown of Vernon, Florida; five brothers: James Michael (Avis) Scott of Apalachicola, Florida, Earl D. Scott, Sr. of Panama City, Florida, Bobby A. (Donna) Green of Chipley, Florida, Terry Green of Miami, Florida, and Horace Brown of Panama City, Florida; along with a large host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
