Robert Clinton Riggs of Cicero, IN passed away October 31, 2021. He was born March 9, 1925 at Springfield, Missouri, the son of Clint and Hazel Riggs.
He graduated from Central Heights High School, in Springfield. He then entered WWII and became a first scout in Co A, 276th Infantry, 70th Division. After the War, he attended the Missouri School of Mines where he became an engineer.
On May 26th he married Catherine M. Gould, she preceded him in death on October 24, 2005. He was also preceded in death by his parents, and his sister, Mary Rebori.
He is survived by his daughter, son, and grandson.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, November 4, 2021 at Hartley Funeral Home Cicero Chapel, Cicero, with burial to follow at Hamilton Memorial Park Cemetery on IN State Road 32 west of Noblesville, IN.
