George Lee Green
George Lee Green, of League City, passed away on Sunday, November 7, 2021 in Nassau Bay, Texas at the age of 66. He was born on September 6, 1955 in Abilene, Texas to Jesse and Dorothy Green.
After graduating top of his class at Lamar University, George started his career as a chemical engineer at Dupont. He went on to work for 25 years at Puffer-Sweiven before retiring early to travel the country on his 48 foot Tollycraft motor yacht with his beautiful wife, Pam. They were able to travel and meet new friends along the way.
He is preceded in death by his father, Jesse Murl Green and his step-father John Louis Prator along with his daughter Melissa Ann Green.
Survived by his wife, Pamela Ann Green; his 5 children and their spouse; Joshua Lee Green and Vanessa Green, Sarah Ruth Sims and William Sims Jr, Angel Marie Crain and Eric Crain, Tonya Renee Douglas, and Jonathan Wesley Enfinger and Olivia Enfinger; his mother; Dorothy Ruth Green; his 2 brothers; Timothy Murl Green and Eric Duane Green; 17 grandchildren; Nathan Lee Green, Justin Dylan Green, Leslie Ann Hall, Derek William Hall, Emma Grace Hall, Reagan Faith Sims, Sunni Lynn Prince, Austyn-Ley Jewel Crain, Dixie-Ann Ryvers Crain, Annabelle Star Crain, Brayden Douglas, Kaidyn Emma Douglas, Ainslee Elle Clabo, Emory Paige Clabo, Maddy Layne Enfinger, Avary Hunter Enfinger, Wrenly Carter Enfinger
A Memorial Service to be held at New Hope Baptist Church on Saturday, November 13, 2021 at 2pm at New Hope Baptist Church, 3610 FM 646 East, Dickinson, TX 77539
The family asks that donations be made to MD Anderson Cancer Center in honor of George Green.
