He was born Wednesday, November 27, 1946 in Cookeville to the late Willis Comer Webb and the late Pearlie Bell (Bennett) Webb. Jimmy was a loving son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, and friend.
In addition to his parents, Jimmy was preceded in death by his wife, Phyllis Webb; Mother of his children, Joy Scott; 5 Siblings, David, Aaron, Elizabeth, Darwin, and Barbara.
Funeral Services were held Friday, November 12, 2021 from the chapel of Crest Lawn Funeral Home with Pastor Bobby Floyd officiating. Interment followed in the West Cemetery.
