Rusty Blasingame, age 51 of Joshua, TX formerly of Garland, TX was born September 8, 1970 joined our Lord in the Kingdom of Heaven after complications of Covid Pneumonia on November 8, 2021. He kept the faith, hope, and will to live to the very end. Rusty graduated from Garland High School in 1988 and worked almost 20 years with the railroad industry as a diesel locomotive mechanic. Rusty had many hobbies that kept him active all year long. He was an avid lover of lake and deep-sea fishing, hunting, car racing, and riding his mule. He is survived by his sister, Marla Zachary of Joshua, TX and brother, Terry Blasingame of Lufkin, TX; aunt and uncle, Mel and Virginia Freeman of Heber Springs, Arkansas; numerous family members and friends. He was preceded by his parents, William T. and Juanita R. Blasingame of Garland, TX.
