Clifton Martin Bernard IV of Webb City, Missouri passed away on July 27, 2021 at the age of 43.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Clifton Bernard Jr. and Joy Sella Bernard, and maternal grandparents Thelma and Clayton Stewart.

He was born April 21, 1978 in Alexandria, Louisiana. He was a member of East Jena Baptist Church. He grew up in Winn and LaSalle parishes and graduated from Jena High School in 1996. He was in the National Guard in Jena, Louisiana. He served his country honorably in the war in Iraq 2003 and 2004, and received many medals and commendations.

Most of his adult life was spent in central and Northwest Arkansas. He enjoyed making and selling custom jewelry by wire wrapping guitar picks and semi-precious stones. He loved to travel, selling his jewelry in different venues.

Left to cherish his memory are his parents Judy & Clifton Bernard III of Helena, Arkansas, sister Mandy Bernard of Olla, Louisiana, brother Michael Bernard of Helena, Arkansas, nieces and nephew Alyssa and Ashlyn Bordelon and Bryce Hebron of Olla, Louisiana. Aunt DeEdra Bernard of Paradis, Louisiana, Uncle Charles Waites of Deville, Louisiana, Aunt Jeannie and Uncle Barry Steger of Little Rock, Arkansas, and many other relatives and friends.

Graveside service will be officiated by his uncle Barry Steger, at the Olla Cemetery, Friday Nov. 12, 2021 at 10:00 am.

Serving the family as pallbearers will be Seth Franklin, Josh Reid, Daniel Hayes, Bryce Hebron, and Ben Seaward.
