Richard James Webb, age 60, passed on November 7, 2021, at home in Moore, Oklahoma. Richard was born to Leroy and Irene Webb on October 3, 1961 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Richard graduated from Capitol Hill High School in 1979. He then earned a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma in 1984. After graduating college, he began his career in January 1985 at Modular Services where he was employed for nearly 35 years, retiring in December 2019. Richard much enjoyed attending various functions and celebrating milestones with his nieces and nephews, playing a quick hand of dominoes at break-time while working at Modular, watching OU games with his dad, and spending time with family around the dinner table, visiting and playing cards and dominoes. He will be greatly missed by his family who will miss his quick wit and sense of humor. He will forever be remembered as a very loving and caring Son, Brother and Uncle. Richard is survived by his parents and three sisters: Freda and husband Keith Derrick, Loretta and husband David Bushnell, and Stephanie Oswalt. He is predeceased by sister, Kathryn Graham.
