Margaret A. Jenkins, 92, of Henderson, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, November 7, 2021, at St. Anthony's Hospice Lucy Smith King Care Center.
She was a lifetime member of Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church. She loved her family and enjoyed playing bingo, going to the boat, and watching UK basketball.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John T. Jenkins, Sr., who died in 1980; two sons, Phillip Jenkins and Dennis Jenkins, Sr.; and one grandson, Dennis Jenkins, Jr.
Survivors include one daughter, Peggy Coker of Henderson, Kentucky; four sons, John Jenkins, Jr., and his wife, Kathy, William "Bill" Jenkins and his wife, Wanda, Greg Jenkins, Sr., and his wife, Jana, and Kent Jenkins, all of Henderson, Kentucky; one sister, Irene Jenkins of Warren, Michigan; eight grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; nieces and nephews.
Services will be at noon Friday at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church. Father Larry McBride will officiate. Burial will be in St. Louis Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday and until 11 a.m. Friday at Rudy-Rowland Funeral Home where prayers will be said at 6 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
