It is with a heavy heart that the family of Julie Walker announce her passing on October 20, 2021 at her home in Davenport, IA, surrounded by her family after an extended illness.
Julie was born on March 2, 1975, in Morrison, IL, to Mark Wilkinson and Marti Helm.
She married Harold Walker on September 9th, 1995. Julie owned and operated Hawkeye Painting in Davenport, IA. Julie lived life to the fullest, whether it was spinning reels at the casino, watching Nascar or eating her favorite Angelos Pizza. Spending time with her kids and grandkids was the joy of her life.
Julie will be best remembered for her bubbly personality.
She is survived by her mother, Marti Helm; grandmother, Ellen Carpenter; her 3 children, Tyler Walker, Alexis Walker (Jacob) and Jesse Walker (Lana); 2 grandchildren, Cash Walker and Leo Walker; sister, Ann (Robert) Clapper; brother, Jeff Wilkinson and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her paternal and maternal grandparents; father, Mark Wilkinson and uncle, Jerry Carpenter.
At her request cremation rights were accorded. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
