Son of Edwin J. Mickleburgh (1866-1932) and Fanny Elizabeth Lambert (1870-1924) of Peterborough, England. Brother of Beatrice Fannie (b. 1891, wife of Frank W. Morley) and Chastney Robert (1896-1975).
At first no cause of death was reported, then it was reported as accidental, but when pressed it was admitted that he'd been MURDERED by Trooper Alexander Butler, who was later executed by firing squad after being convicted of the crime.
