Age 57, daughter of the late Donald and Geraldine (McGlumphy) Kopnitsky. Joyce was previously employed at Plastek, Erie County Homes for Children & Youth and also at the Florence Crittenton Home. She was a caregiver for her mother and a very sweet, kind and caring person. She loved children and animals. She loved to spend time at the beach and enjoyed swimming.
She is survived by her sisters, Sandra McLaughlin (Dave) and Dawn Kraft (Otto); brothers, Ron Kopnitsky and James Kopnitsky, all of Erie; many nieces, nephews and cousins; close dearest friends, Senad Hadzic and Candy Fell, both of Erie; and her cat, Zoey.
