Kingsport, TN- Joyce Reney Bishop departed this life Monday, November 1st, 2021; at the age of 58.
Joyce was born in Hasty, CO on May 1st, 1963, but lived most of her life in Sullivan County, TN. She has been a CNA for 24 years and took great pride in caring for her patients. She had been employed with Nova Health and Rehab in Weber City, VA for the past 7 years. She was a strong independent woman who was loved by many. She was a devoted mother and Nana who loved her family dearly.
She was preceded in death by parents, John and Patricia King; sisters, Susan Smith, and Shirley Riley; two brothers, Bob and Jimmy King
Joyce is survived by her daughter, Rebecca Castle (Ben); sons, Aaron Bishop (Hollie), and Marcus Bishop; grandchildren, Jayden, Skyler, Ryan, Peyton, and Lauren; special friends, Matthew Bishop, and Melinda Bentley.
The family of Joyce would like to thank each and everyone for the amount of love, prayers, and support that has been shown during this difficult time.
