Virginia Harris, 76 of Vilonia, formerly of Star City, passed away Thursday, November 4, 2021 at her home.

She was born September 12, 1945 in Rowell to the late Robert W. and Estelle Smith Floyd.

She was a member of Yorktown First Baptist Church and was a retired manager for Area Agency Senior Center.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George P. "Pete" Harris; a son, Michael Harris; and a granddaughter, Sidneigh Maynard.

Survivors include 2 sons, Jimmy (Wanda) Harris of Vilonia and Jeffery (Debra) Harris of Pine Bluff; daughter, LeAnn (Mark) Bennett of Star City; brother, Robert Smith (Linda) Floyd of Star City; sister, Glynetta (Mike) Burnett of Hensley; 9 grandchildren, Trace Harris, Tyler Harris, Ashley Harris, Jerrica Harris, Garrett McAnally, Jason Bennett, Zach Bennett, Phillip Smithey and Dustin Weatherly; 7 great-grandchildren, Kayleeonna Paige Harris, Ryan Harris, Presley, Becham, Baylor and Juliet Bennett, and Clayden Weatherly; and bonus grandchild, Alexis Waits.

Graveside services are 2:00PM Sunday, November 7, 2021 at Drake Cemetery with Bro. Alan Hagood officiating.

There will be no formal visitation.

Honorary pallbearers are Jason Bennett, Michael Watt, Joey Harper, Mike Creighton, Trace Harris, Garrett McAnally and Tyler Harris.

Memorials may be made to: St. Jude's Children Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
