Funeral service for Kenneth Baker will be held at 2:00 pm, Thursday, October 7, 2021 at Alex Southern Baptist Chapel in Alex, OK.

Kenneth is survived by his daughter Debbie Fancher of Alex, her children Andy Fancher and his daughter Addy Fancher, Beth Gilbert and spouse Aaron and their children Arvada and Aiden; daughter Eileen Withiam and spouse Jeff of Guthrie and their children Tiffnie Baker and significant other James Gunter and daughters Hailey Self & Aspen Gunter, Tricia Unger and spouse Peter and daughters Ciara Jones & Kyrs Jones, and Derrick McCrary and spouse Charity and children Haydn, Realynn and Everly; son Kenneth Baker and spouse Charlene of Chickasha and sons Kyle Baker and spouse Annie and children Amelia and Kyler, Blake Baker and spouse Courtney and their child Ryan; daughter Joey Pettijohn and spouse Dusty of Alex and their daughter Brittany-Jo Hasbell and spouse Tyler and their daughters Joleene and Marisa, DarlaAnn Pettijohn and significant other Cameron Jones, Kdeebeth Pettijohn; one brother Robert Baker and spouse Beverly of Yukon; one sister Imogene Stroud of Roff; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, family, friends.

Kenneth was born at home in Little Rush ( Rush Springs) May 14, 1938. In 1947 he, his parents and sister moved to Marlow, Ok where his baby bother was born and they all lived there for approximately one year. On April 1, 1948 they all moved to Oklahoma City ( SW 40th) where they all lived. Kenneth graduated from Capitol Hill High School in 1956. He married Darlene Baker (the love of his life) July 1, 1959. They bought their first home on SW 45th. Their first daughter was born in 1960, second daughter in 1962, they moved to Alex in March, 1963, their son was born in September,1963, their last daughter was born in1976. They were members of the Alex Southern Baptist Church since 1963. Kenneth and Darlene loved following all their grandkids and great-grandkids in everything they did.

Interment is in the Alex Cemetery. Services are under the direction of McRay Funeral Home.
