of The Grayson County News-Gazette,
Leitchfield, Kentucky

Hoten Logsdon, age 82, of Rt. 1, Box 244, Clarkson, Ky., passed away Thursday, December 23, 1982 at his residence. He was a farmer and was born March 1, 1900 in Grayson County. He was the son of Josh Logsdon and Laura Logsdon Logsdon. His wife, Mary Letita Wheeler Logsdon, deceased. / He was a deacon at the Broadford Baptist Church. / Survivors include three sons, James C., Hayward and Gary Lee Logsdon all of Rt. 1, Clarkson, one daughter, Genevieve Finch, of Rt. 1, Bonnieville, Ky., two sisters, Lula Logsdon, Clarkson and Sissie Kassinger of Greenwood, Ind., five grandchildren and two great grandchildren also survive. / Funeral services were held Sunday, December 26, 1982 at the Broadford Baptist Church with the Rev. Carman Cann officiating with interment in the New Lone Oak Cemetery, under the direction of Rogers Funeral Home.
