Ellen Marie (Toombs) Watson passed away peacefully on November 4, 2021 in Peoria, Arizona. She was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on November 28, 1928 to Floyd James and Letha (Lewis) Toombs, who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her son Robert Neil Watson, her brother James Donald Toombs and sisters Rose Etta (Toombs) Archer and Kathryn Darlene (Toombs) Mears.

She attended Scottsdale High School and Grand Canyon College and spent most of her adult life working as a bookkeeper and business manager.

Survivors include her daughter, Kathleen Dooley-Watson and her wife Maria; grandson Anthony Watson and his husband Bill; granddaughter Meredith (Watson) Flateau and her husband Shaun; great-grandchildren Peyton, Penelope and Oliver; one sister Veda Mae (Toombs) Barnes, and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Burial will be in Greenwood Memory Lawn Cemetery in Phoenix. No services are scheduled.
