Jason Alan Burns, 41, of Linton passed away on November 3, 2021 at his residence.
Jason was born on April 9, 1980 in Sullivan to Alan Burns and Pamela Lucas Burns. Jason was employed by Great Dane in Brazil for several years. He was a member of the Sons of The American Legion Post 197 in Shelburn.
He was preceded in death by his mother and grandparents, Bill Lucas and Ralph & Marilyn Burns.
Survivors include his father, Alan Burns; son, Kade Burns; mother of his child, Billie Mason; stepchildren, Brooklyn and Eli; brother, Travis Ellis; nephew, Marshall Ellis; grandmother, Goldie Lucas; aunts and uncles, Darlene (Brent) Callison, Penny (Tim) Parr, Cathy Halberstadt, Brenda (Joe) Proctor and Terry Burns and several cousins.
A private graveside funeral service will be held at Little Flock Cemetery in Shelburn with Rev. David Cox officiating. Arrangements were entrusted to Brust Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial contributions be made to Brust Funeral Home.
