Widow of the late August Berg Died Thursday Evening at Daughter's Home in Chicago.
Mrs. Henrietta Berg, aged 74, widow of the late August Berg and for years a resident of the city of Kenosha, died Thursday evening at the home of her daughter, Miss Bertha Berg, in Chicago, after an illness of several weeks duration. The deceased was born in Germany, July 18, 1850 and lived her early live in her native land. More than forty years ago she came to America, going first to Chicago where she lived until 1906, when the family moved to Kenosha. She had lived here until a short time ago when she went to Chicago to make her home with her daughter. She was a member of the Friedens Evangelical Lutheran church of Kenosha.
Surviving the deceased are two daughters, Miss Bertha Berg of Chicago, and Mrs. Mary Pfau of San Diego, California, and two sons, Rudolph Berg, of Kenosha, and William Berg, of Ladysmith, Wisconsin.
The remains will be brought to Kenosha and taken to the Hansen Funeral Home where the funeral services will be held probably on Monday afternoon with interment following in the family plot in Green Ridge cemetery.
