Dwight Donald Duncan, Jr., 77, of Centralia passed away Wednesday, November 3, 2021. He was born on March 22, 1944, the son of Dwight D. Duncan, Sr. and Ruby Bozson Young.

Survivors include sister, Vicki Leake Harris; sister, Betty G. Young; 3 children; a host of grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews; and a host of extended family and friends.

Donald is preceded in death by his parents Ruby Bozson Young and Dwight D. Duncan, Sr.; and niece, Liza E. Leake.

Donald did maintenance for the State of Illinois. He was a proud veteran of the United States Army where he served in Vietnam with honor and pride. He received various honors during this time, including: Combat Infantryman Badge, Vietnam Service Medal with 2 Bronze Service Stars, Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal, as well as the Marksman (Rifle) and Marksman (M-60) National Defense Service Medal. He was passionate about sports, especially basketball and track; and took great pride in looking good.

With great pride, Military Honors will be accorded at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis, Missouri at 1:30 p.m. on November 10th. Irvin Macz Funeral Home is assisting the family with services.
