David Robertson, 98, of Burleson, Texas passed away November 2, 2021 in Fort Worth, Texas. He was born March 6, 1923 in Fort Worth, Texas to David Russell, Sr. and Pauline Victoria (Smith) Robertson.
He grew up in Dallas and graduated from Woodrow Wilson high school in 1941. After high school he worked at a bicycle repair shop before enlisting in the United States Army Air Corp serving his country faithfully stationed in England. After his military service he began working for LTV as an electronic engineer for 33 years, retiring in 1983. David was an avid woodworker-stained glass ornaments and lights, he also enjoyed traveling.
Preceded in death by his parents, sister, Dorothy Banner and wife Dorothy Robertson. Survived by his children, Carol Lorraine Robertson, David Randall Robertson, Stephen Russell Robertson and Gregory Ross Robertson, 4 grand children, 9 great grand children and several step grand children and great grand children.
A graveside service will be held November 6, 2021 at the Blum Cemetery in Blum, Texas.
