He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Mayfield; he was a retired Auto Parts Department Manager; and he was a U.S. Navy Veteran of WWII.
Mr. Lewis is survived by his wife- Betty Rae Ellzey Lewis of Mayfield, Ky; son- Tim Lewis of Anderson, In; daughter- Cindy (Joe) Odom of Mayfield, Ky; son- Steve (Jan) Lewis of Mayfield, Ky; daughter- Faye (Ron) Strauch of Peoria, Az; seven grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and several nieces & nephews also survive.
He was preceded in death by his parents- Thomas Cassidy Lewis, Sr. & Lizzie Lofton Lewis; one sister; two brothers.
Memorial Services will be held at a later date, there will be no visitiation.
