Donald is survived by his step-father, Avery Pool; wife, Lori Lewis; children, Katrina Lewis, Kristina Bond, Robert Bond, Krystal Lewis, Ashley Lewis Davis, John Lagrone, Amanda Pike, Samantha Brady and Cody Brady; grandchildren, Kylee, William, Caiden, Destiny, Ashden, Kayleigh, Serenity, Xzavier, Christian, Julian, Johnny, Dakoda, Mason, Heather, Cloe, Brendon, Makayla, Anna, Reagan, Sophia and Grayson; brother and sister, Kenneth and Lanora Lewis and nieces and nephews, Delphina, Danielle, Kenneth, Domonique, Jaylynn, Santiago, Kenneth, Macy and Rylie. "Your love of life and nature, hunting, fishing, looking to heaven to the stars, moon and sun, all lives on in us. RIP until we are all together again; Love Never Ending!"
