Miss E. A. Sutherland
Almonte - Dec. 28 - The death of Miss Elizabeth Ann Sutherland occurred on Friday, Dec. 18, in Perth, at the age of 76 years. Miss Sutherland was born in Ramsay Township, daughter of the late Alexander Sutherland and his wife, Elizabeth McArthur. After spending her younger years in Ramsay she moved to Perth, where she spent most of her life. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church. Surviving are two brothers, James, of Vancouver, and Angus Sutherland, of Hamilton. Many nieces and nephews also survive. The funeral was held Sunday, Dec. 20, from the home of George L. Comba to the Auld Kirk cemetery, Almonte. Rev. A. J. Frowlie, of St. John's Church, conducted the service.
