Sheila loved many things in this world but the most important to her was God and family. She was never afraid to show her faith in God. She was always positive and uplifting and would help anyone in need. She was a truly amazing woman. Her grandchildren were her pride and joy. There is not anything she would not do for them. It was always an adventure at Granny's house. They helped her around the farm, rode four-wheelers, had water gun/balloon fights, roasted marshmallows and enjoyed root beer floats. She loved taking them on her and Walter's boat, fishing, and camping trips. Her farm was her sanctuary, especially her porch where she loved just sitting out, relaxing, and listening to the birds. She was always having outings there with her family and friends.
She has had many accomplishments over the course of her life. For the last 30 years she has worked at Standridge Clinic. She has also spent the last few years teaching coding and billing classes to other chiropractors and has been helping individual chiropractors get credentialed. Prior to that she worked at other chiropractic clinics and in high school to her early 20's at Dairy Queen. She has had many other side jobs over the course of her life such as making quilts and purses to help put her children through college, a company that she named Kristy Kay Designs. She has been a hard worker over the course of her life and has never let the hardships she faced impede her faith and hope. She will be truly missed by all that has been fortunate to have been in her life.
Sheila was preceded in death by her mother, and husband Rick.
