MABEL McANALLEN: Rittman; died yesterday afternoon (2/1) of a heart attack in the home of her stepmother in Clintonville PA, while visi-ting there. Her husband William, preceded her in death in 1940. He had been a driller for the Ohio Boxboard Co in Rittman where they had lived for 25 years. Six children: Bernetta McAnallen, Walter, Delmont, Fred, Charles & William survive. Funeral arrangements, which are in charge of the Ebert Funeral Home in Rittman, are incomplete pending word from the sons who are in service.

MABEL McANALLEN: Requiem mass will be sung Friday morn (2/4) at StAnne's Catholic Church for MrsMabel McAnallen of N State St; widow of William T McAnallen, who died after a heart attack at the home of her step-mother at Clintonville PA, Tuesday afternoon. There will be a public service at the Ebert Funeral Home preceding the church service. Burial will be in Rittman Catholic Cemetery. MrsMcAnallen was 56 years of age and had lived in Rittman for 25 years. She had gone to the Pennsylvania address to visit her stepmother, who was taken to the hospital for a leg amputation. The shock of the news made MrsMcAnallen suffer the fatal heart attack. Six children survive: Bernetta-at home; Fred-SMain St; Charles & William of Midland MI; PFC Walter of the Army Medical Dept in England; Staff Sgt Delmont-Camp Livingstone LA.
