Ms. Sarah Elizabeth (Lib) Graham Welch , 89, of Socastee South Carolina, died peacefully at home surrounded by her children, Willie Ann, Priscilla, Joan, Myra & Joey on Sunday October 31, 2021.
Lib was born on August 23, 1932 in Horry County to the late Alvie and Letha Allen Graham. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie B. Welch and her brother, John Graham.
In addition to her children survivors include her siblings Cecilia Lewis, Simon Graham and Martha Creech.
A graveside service will be held 10:00 AM Thursday November 4, 2021 at State Branch Cemetery on Beverly Road, Conway, SC 29527.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to New Directions of Horry County, 1005 Osceola Street, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577.
