Services for Victor L. Shaw, 50, of Carrollton, who died of heart failure Sunday, Feb. 1, 2004, at his home, will be at 2 p.m. today at Lee Funeral Home in Winona.

Mr. Shaw was retired from Greenwood Utilities. He was a member of Carrollton United Methodist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Marsha S. Shaw of Carrollton; two daughters, Vicki L. Shaw of Grenada and Shelley Shaw of Carrollton; two stepdaughters, Jamie B. Yates of Starkville and Amanda Bowers of Hattiesburg; his mother and stepfather, Virginia Shaw Kendrick and John "Skeet" Kendrick of Winona; and three brothers, Ben Shaw Jr., Jerry Shaw and Gil Shaw, all of Carrollton.

The Rev. Joseph Sansing and the Rev. Trey Harper will officiate at the services. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in North Carrollton. Pallbearers will be Johnny Shaw, Russ Robertson, Pat Richardson, Jimmy Holly, David Lott and Ed Bullard.

Visitation was from 6 until 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
