Gary Edwin Wright, 70, of Lake Placid FL, passed away suddenly on October 29, 2021. He was born May 18, 1951 to the late DC Wright Jr. and Amaline (Pillo) Wright. Along with his parents, Gary was also preceded in death by his mother's longtime companion Felix Tetrick. He is survived by his brother David A. Wright (Kay) of Greensburg, PA; sister Tina M. Veltri (John) of Bridgeport, WV; nephews Richard Wright of Greensburg, PA, David C. Wright (Tracy) of Olathe, KS, Zachary D. Veltri (Kara) of Bridgeport, WV; and niece Lindsay M. Veltri of Bridgeport, along with several great nieces and nephews.
Gary worked for the Utility Board in Parkersburg, WV, and for the City of Lantana FL.
Friends will be received at Harmer Funeral Home on Thursday, November 4, 2021 2:00pm to 8:00pm. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home Friday, November 5, 2021 at 10:30am with Father Cris Turner officiating.
