He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Maria Silvia Mills, Two daughters, Michelle & Jessica a son James Mills, several grandchildren and a sister, Beverly Mills Bradford.
A private graveside service was held at Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery , Ft Bragg, NC
