ORANGE, MA — Brian Todd Doty, 54, originally from Lunenburg, passed away unexpectedly at his home in Orange, Massachusetts on October 22, 2021 after a period of declining health.
Brian was born at Leominster Hospital on March 10, 1967 to Robert P. Doty, Sr and the late Helen M. (Schuster) Doty.
He is survived by his wife Nancy Stevens Doty of Leominster and their son Connor P. Doty of Lunenburg; his eldest son U.S. Air Force Senior Airman (E-4) Gabriel Marcoux, of Alaska (as well as Gabe's mother Crystal Parent and her sons Chad and Seth); his father Robert P. Doty Sr. and his father's wife, Phyllis Aiken, of Greenfield; his brother Robert P. Doty Jr. and Bobby's wife, Tatiana, of Hubbardston; his beloved fraternal twin sister Brenda Doty of Fitchburg; his sister, Elizabeth Cormier, and Betty's husband Norman of Ashburnham; his brother Benjamin J. Doty and Ben's wife Linda of Stow; his six nieces and nephews: Jessica, Jason, Benjamin, Jack, Isabel and Jake; as well as many aunts, cousins, and life-long friends.
Calling hours will be held on Thursday, November 11, 2021 from 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm at the Lunenburg Chapel of the Sawyer-Miller-Masciarelli Funeral Home, 763 Mass Ave, Lunenburg.
Burial will take place at the Lunenburg North Cemetery on Friday, November 12, at 11:00 am. A celebration of Brian's life will follow the burial.
