Anthony (Tony) Fiala, age 64, of Kewaunee died surrounded by his loving family on Sunday, October 31, 2021 at Aurora Baycare Medical Center. He was born on April 6, 1957 in Kewaunee to the late John C. And Ruby (Kotek) Fiala.

He graduated from Kewaunee High School with the class of 1976, then attended N.W.T.C. and became a Journeyman Electrician. Tony worked for Harv's Electric for eighteen years and then for the Local 158 I.B.E.W.

Tony married Glenda Gaedtke on July 23, 1983 at Immanuel Ev. Lutheran Church in Kewaunee.

He enjoyed snowmobiling, traveling, deer camp and his John Deere Gator. He was an avid Green Bay Packer fan. Tony was a man who could walk up to a stranger and make a conversation for hours. Tony cherished his family and friends very dearly. Christmas was his favorite time of the year enjoying Tiger Specials and Home made Old Fashions.

Survivors include his wife: Glenda; two daughters and sons-in-law: AMBER and TIM DOPERALSKI and granddaughter, Sarah; JAMIE and BRANDON KINJERSKI and granddaughter, Allison and baby, Josephine on the way; further survived by his mother-in-law: Marie Gaedtke; brothers and sisters: Jane (Tony) Lischka Jr., Kewaunee; Fran (Herb) Ullmann, Appleton; Mary (Harry) Schroeder, Brown Deer, WI; Helen Jackson, Kewaunee; Rita Smits, Green Bay; Diane (Dale) Haszel, Kewaunee, James (Chris) Fiala, Kaukauna; Peter (Barb) Fiala, Green Bay; Gary (Jody) Fiala, New Franken; Ron Fiala, Kewaunee. A brother-in-law: Lynn (Lora) Gaedtke, Luxemburg; many nieces and nephews and Aunt Annie Jax, Wisconsin Dells.

Further survived by special friends: Harvey and Mary Paplham and Dave and Cindy Hardtke.

He was preceded in death by two brothers: John (Val) Fiala; Jerry Fiala; father-in-law: Norbert Gaedtke; two brothers-in-law: Marc Jackson and Tony Smits.

Friends may call after 4:00 p.m. Thursday, November 4 at Buchanan Funeral Home, Kewaunee. A Wake Service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Visitation continues at the funeral home on Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 10:40 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Rosary Church, Kewaunee. The Mass will be live streamed at www.holyrosarykewaunee.com. Go to "Parish" and click on "Watch This Weeks Mass". Burial will follow in Riverview Cemetery.
