Funeral services for Mrs. Ruby Olene Jackson will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 02, 2021, in the Chapel of Rush Funeral Home, Pineville, with Reverends Joe Sharp and Daniel Goodman officiating.
Interment will follow in Springhill Cemetery, Ball, under the direction of Rush Funeral Home, Pineville.
Mrs. Jackson, 77, of Rigolette, entered eternal rest on Saturday, October 30, 2021, at Rapides Regional Medical Center, Alexandria, LA.
She was a member of Faith Baptist Church, in Tioga. She was a homemaker and loved gardening and making flower arrangements. She loved spending time with her family, and was always looking out for everyone. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Carey and Mary Ates; and one brother, Jimmy Leo Ates.
Those left to mourn her loss and cherish her memory include her loving husband of sixty-one years, Dannie Jackson, of Rigolette; one son, Dannie Jackson, and his wife, Susie, of Junction City, Louisiana; one daughter, Linda Caldwell, and her husband, Johnny, of Junction City, Arkansas; daughter-in-law, Vanessa Caldwell; five grandchildren, Joshua Caldwell, and his wife, Lottie, of Junction City, Arkansas, Jeremiah Caldwell and his wife, Tiffany, of Junction City, Arkansas, Loren Jackson, of Junction City, Louisiana, Cayla Jackson, of Junction City, Louisiana, and Austin Jackson, of Hot Springs, Arkansas; ten great grandchildren, Jeremy, Jaxxon, Alex, A.J., Chloe, Blake, Avery, Aubree, Daniel and Hank; and her lifetime friend, Mary White, of Alexandria.
