Catherine (Collier) Jewell, 63, of Madbury, NH, passed away peacefully, Monday, April 26, 2021 at Portsmouth Regional Hospital.
Catherine was born, June 16, 1957 in Exeter, NH, the daughter of the late, Donald and Catherine (Noonan) Collier. She was raised in Exeter and graduated from Exeter High School. Catherine would further her education as a graduate of Hesser College. She was employed for several years as a CNA at the Rockingham County Nursing Home in Brentwood, NH.
Catherine loved time with family and friends and most especially cherished moments she shared with her granddaughter, Saddie. She loved her dogs, gardening and enjoyed planting lilies all summer long.
Catherine is survived by her loving daughter, Sarah R. Jewell and grand-daughter, Mercedes Jewell. She also leaves behind two sisters, Susan McCullough and husband Larry and Beth Davis and husband Dennis, nieces, nephews and many dear friends.
A service to celebrate Catherine's life will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, May 6, 2021 at The Brewitt Funeral Home, 14 Pine St. Exeter, NH 03833. Interment will take place immediately following at Exeter Cemetery. For more information or directions, please visit www.brewittfuneralhome.com.
