Mary F. Walton, 89, lifetime resident of East Liverpool, went to be with her Savior, Friday, October 29, 2021, at East Liverpool City Hospital, following a sudden illness.

Born, August 5, 1932, in East Liverpool, she was the daughter of the late, Frank and Mary Melinda McConnell.

Mary was also preceded in death by her loving husband, Dale A. Walton.

She was a member of Pleasant Heights Baptist Church, where she was very active in Church. She was a member of the Lady Missionary Society and the Lord blessed her with the talent of playing the piano over the last 40 years. Mary enjoyed crocheting, painting ceramics, and gardening.

She will be deeply missed by her sons, David W. Chafins of East Liverpool and Albert L. Chafins, and his wife, Michele of Calcutta. She will also be missed by her grandchildren, Brian and Ashley Chafins, and 8 great-grandchildren.

Dr. William Wagner will celebrate Mary's life, Wednesday, November 3, 2021, at 3:00 PM, at the Arner Funeral Chapel. Friends may visit with her family 2 hours prior to the service from 1:00 PM-3:00 PM. Private interment will be held at Columbiana County Memorial Park.
