He was preceded in death by his father, Paul Krupp. Mike is survived by the love of his life, Shannon Olman; his best buddy, Jaxon; son, Nayden Krupp; mother and her husband, Barbara and Ingo Gottschalk; sister and brother-in-law, Angie and Mike Mullins; brother, Dieter Gottschalk and fiancee, Samantha Stover; sister, Emily Gottschalk; nieces and nephews, Maegan, Lainey, and Carter Bandemer and Autumn, Charlotte, and Joseph Mullins; grandmother, Darlene Gottschalk, many aunts, uncles, and cousins; and his father's wife, Nancy Krupp. He was a graduate of Rockford High School and an avid and loyal University of Michigan fan.
