Rachel Lillian Moss, age 96, of Marietta, Georgia passed away Friday, October 29, 2021.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, November 4, 2021 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta, GA..

Interment will follow at Riverview Memorial Park in Smyrna, Georgia.
A native of Atlanta, Mrs. Moss moved to Cobb County in 1964. She was a longtime member of Riverside Church of God. She was also very artistic, and enjoyed making artificial floral arrangements, jewelry and ceramics. She was a great cook, and loved singing in the church choir and her family trio.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Virlyn Moss, a son, Jerry Charles Moss, a daughter, Brenda Moss Powers, a Son-in-Law, Rev. Larry Hemphill, and a Daughter-in-Law, Jane Moss.
She was a good Christian and a godly mother.
She is survived by: Daughter, Diane Hemphill, Powder Springs, GA; Son, David Moss, Marietta, GA; Brother, Rev. Doile King, Lilburn, GA; 6 Grandchildren, Michael, Steve, Chris, Scott, Rick and Reneau; 10 Great Grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 4, 2021 from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta.
