August 10, 1988 - October 5, 2021
San Diego, CA
Born in Chula Vista, Jordan subsequently lived in Scripps Ranch, Julian and North Park. Jordan's love of all things musical resulted in his playing guitar with high school friends and then forming the group known as Heavy Hawaii. The band performed in many San Diego venues as well as making two cross-country tours.
Jordan is survived by his mother, Jennifer Rapp; his father and step-mother, Michael and Laura Johnson; his brother and sister, Anthony and Erin Johnson, and his grandmother Sharron Cooney. He was also loved my many aunts, uncles and cousins, all of whom are holding celebrations of his life.
Interment was held at Glen Abbey and donations may be made in Jordan's name to Phoenix House in Venice Beach, CA.
