Sharon R. White Moore, 76, of Clarksburg, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, October 29, 2021, at the United Hospital Center in Bridgeport. She was born on Lambert's Run, April 3, 1945, a daughter of the late Walter and Mary Ellen Clark White.
Surviving are her husband, Jim Moore; four children: Jamie Whitfield and her husband Aaron, Buckhannon, Laura Spry and her husband Lloyd, Lumberport, Max Moore and his companion Jessica Powers, Clarksburg, Bobbi Jo Kelley and her husband Pastor Mike Kelley, Bridgeport; nine grandchildren: Rocky Lindsey, II, Amber Hedrick, Joshua McCoy, Ashley Eakle, Seth Spry, Gunnar Moore, Matt Kelley, Autumn Holipski, and Sarah Kelley; 15 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews, and one special niece that she visited often, Debbie Eastep.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by five brothers, Daniel, Paul, James, John, and David White.
Sharon was a faithful Christian who loved going to church. She was a dedicated member of Harvest Time Ministries.
She enjoyed quilting, going for car rides, and loved spending time gathering with her family. She was always willing to share the Word of God with others and provide comfort and encouragement. She was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother that will be deeply missed until we all meet again.
A public graveside service will be held at 2 pm, Monday, November 1, 2021, at the Shinnston Memorial Cemetery. Pastor Mike Kelley will officiate, and all are welcome to attend. . The Perine Funeral Home is honored to serve the Moore family.
